Terra Hill - 2BR Showunit

The 2-bedroom show unit at Terra Hill Condominium targets a younger age group specifically those in their early to mid-30s.

The team explored the idea of opening up some walls to showcase a flexible layout to potential buyers, demonstrating creative ways to utilize the space.

Regarding the design theme, the team boldly chose a dark timber color as the overall base palette, with injections of grayish tones and soft leather touches to bring out a modern contemporary look for this show unit.
