Investigated complex crimes by gathering evidence and building case files for the Crown Prosecution Service. Interviewed witnesses, victims, and suspects in line with British legislation; conducted appropriate enquiries such as CCTV, phone and computer download reviews, and background/information checks. Conducted arrest enquiries for wanted suspects and worked with multiple agencies to safeguard vulnerable individuals. Liaised with stakeholders including the Crown Prosecution Service and solicitors regarding suspects’ rights and case outcomes, producing concise evidential reports and witness statements while maintaining accurate case records, expedition, and diligence across multiple case management systems.

Oversaw studio operations supporting production workflows. Worked with clients on queries relating to the studio/production unit and handled operational requirements and equipment support. Ensured studios operated effectively to support timely client delivery.
