Duties included welcoming and seating 200-400 customers for breakfast, maintaining a calm, warm, professional manner, checking fridge temperatures, cleaning/polishing dishes and cutlery, upholding food safety and hygiene, providing friendly service, proficient use of an espresso machine for hot drinks, restocking bar, cleaning restaurant and bar areas, cashing up till, and delivering fast, professional room service. Also involved in drinks service (pints, wine, cocktails) and general bar/rest area upkeep.
