XR/VR Designer & Production Assistant at Air New Zealand

Joined the design team on contract to develop 3D VR training demos. Modeled the interior of a Boeing 787 with textures and programmed interactions for use in VR. Built a digital Wellington airport ramp with detailed aviation equipment to simulate moving goods around an aircraft. Collaborated cross-functionally to deliver production-ready assets within tight timelines and iterated outputs based on stakeholder feedback.
XR/Unreal Engine Prototyper at Waxeye NZ

Researched potential Unreal Engine 5 use cases; built a high-detail level, tested performance with assets, rendered an animation, and presented findings to the team. Also modeled and textured a historical plane for MOTAT to be displayed via projector in their hangar.
