About
Hi, I’m Jake Kimmel, a Berklee-trained musician and producer, based in Toronto. I do independent recording, production, mixing and mastering, to help artists craft tracks that sound polished for streaming and live stages.
Over the past few years I released music to streaming platforms, engineered and mixed tracks, and collaborated with diverse artists while growing an online audience through strategic social content. I’m passionate about building collaborative creative cultures and delivering music that connects with listeners.

My first album, ‘All I Know’, is out.
Released May 25th, 2025.
Written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by me.
These songs are my first ever. Right now, they are my portfolio, as I begin my career in the modern audio world. If you know me, you’ll know I am just a fan of getting better. This is my black water before the tap really gets going.
