Executive - Graphic Designer at The Big Idea Design and Research

Responsible for all print materials, including packaging, branded merchandise, brochures, student materials and the annual impact report. Conducted brand analysis, alignment, and an ongoing brand refresh. Researched, analysed, and developed a physical product to support students using the Double Diamond Process of design thinking in collaboration with The Centre for Excellence in Universal Design. Developed the brand identity for Little Thinker and trained an intern for carrying out the brand across various touch points. Designed the 2024 B!G Impact Digital Reports and guided a collaborating design studio on user flow and visual experience for the webpage implementation. Currently leading and collaborating with a design studio on the creation of a new branded website, adhering to refreshed brand guidelines.

Worked on the Irish Childline rebrand, including the development of comprehensive brand guidelines. Benchmarked, researched, and created a presentation of ideas for Energia’s upcoming product and campaign.
