The design of the Mocha yacht stems from the desire to create a modern, understated, and elegant environment characterized by a color palette of brown tones. The work carried out on the 40.22 yacht began with the reorganization of the cumbersome staircases, making the main deck feel more airy than its initial state. The living area is characterized by symmetry: two semicircular sofas facing each other and a retractable TV in the ceiling open onto the main communal area, complete with a dining table. The arrangement of the stairs in the exterior area was also revised, moving them to the sides to allow for the inclusion of a mini pool overlooking the sea. The elegant dark wood dominates the owner's cabin, adding a fresh and modern touch to the space with a vertical green wall that includes a full-height mirror. The environment unfolds continuously, balancing intimacy and openness while naturally integrating living and working areas, designed for a creative individual who develops projects and works in smart working. The concept is based on the dialogue between warm, natural materials such as wood and more essential, contemporary elements like metal and light surfaces. This combination creates an atmosphere that is both welcoming and dynamic, where formal simplicity gives space to the quality of the environment. The mood is defined by soft, neutral tones, enhanced by natural light and enriched by the presence of greenery, making the space feel lively and relaxing. Connect is a project that aims to transform the traditional concept of a university campus, opening the university campus to the city and vice versa, and creating a social dialogue between students and citizens. The goal is to transcend the model of an isolated and functional campus, often open only during the day and with limited services, to make it a vibrant, integrated, and attractive place. The project is based on two fundamental principles: Go beyond the exclusively academic campus, transforming it into a vibrant and widespread urban hub. Promote integration between the university, the city, and the business world, creating a stimulating environment for students, businesses, and innovative services. In Fabriano, where the current student area offers limited and difficult-to-use services, Connect proposes interventions to: • Integrate the campus into the urban fabric, making it part of the city; • Equip the area with advanced technological infrastructure, such as high-speed fiber optics; • Make public spaces versatile, usable even outside of academic hours; • Offer diversified services for students, residents, and investors, encouraging the establishment of new businesses and youth initiatives. The project involves the renovation of a rural farmhouse converted into a B&B, whose concept is inspired by honey, the central theme reflected in the name, logo, and identity of the three rooms. The idea draws from the strong beekeeping tradition of the Marche region, where honey production is an important and widespread local practice. The interior design is based on the colors of three types of honey—acacia, almond, and chestnut—which define the three rooms through different tones of wood. The style combines rural and contemporary elements, using materials such as stone for the walls, resin for the floors, and microcement for sinks and lighting elements. The overall palette remains neutral and soft, while touches of color are introduced through wallpaper and artworks that recall the shades of honey.
