Direct all phases of architecture for diverse, large-scale projects, including University Higher Education, Municipal Police and Fire Stations, Commercial, Retail and premium multifamily residential builds. Utilize 3D software to produce high-resolution renderings, facilitating client discussions and driving conceptual design approval. Produce comprehensive construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD while coordinating closely with engineering consultants to ensure structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical alignment. Oversee projects through the construction phase by conducting site visits, processing requisitions and change orders, and resolving complex site design issues to protect client budgets and timelines.
