AI Chat Widget for WordPress

1. Purpose

A small WordPress plugin prototype illustrating a chat widget that connects to the OpenAI API through a
server-side WordPress REST endpoint. This is an original demonstration deliverable, not evidence of
prior paid client work or a production deployment.

2. Request workflow

Visitor message → JavaScript widget → WordPress REST endpoint → validation and throttling →
custom prompt and recent context → OpenAI Chat Completions API → display plain-text assistant reply.
