Embracing challenges, openness to change, and hard work have led me across continents, through countless experiences and into the present moment.
Since moving to Berlin in 2016, I have been cultivating an active interest in health and wellbeing — physical, mental and spiritual. Nurturing an enthusiasm for mindfulness practice and meditation, and experiencing a perceptional shift, I believe that the optimal way to put my varied personal and professional experiences to use is through helping others. Additionally, my involvement with guiding others on a path of self-assessment, as well as helping them to cultivate healthy qualities and behaviors, have honed my desire to further develop the skills necessary to pursue a career immersed in assisting others to both heal and thrive.

Co-founded a peer-led Buddhist meditation group; planned and facilitated weekly sessions, guided the group in meditation, selected teachings, and held the space during discussion. Also planned and coordinated daylong retreats, social gatherings, and a podcast.

Created, organized and promoted a relief concert raising nearly 35,000 USD in direct assistance to Partners In Health.
