I am the Chaos Translator. You have a vision, a business, and probably a dozen different software tools that don’t talk to each other. I step in, untangle the mess, and build streamlined, AI-powered systems that actually work.
As a seasoned digital consultant, I don’t just build websites or run ads—I architect entire digital ecosystems. My unique edge? I integrate cutting-edge AI (OpenAI, Gemini, Manus) into everything I do. Whether it is prompt engineering for your content pipeline, automating your lead generation, or designing a high-converting web presence, I am your one-stop digital partner.
I bridge the gap between complex technology and your bottom line. I have spent years optimizing workflows, scaling local visibility, and crafting brand identities that make clients stop scrolling. If you are tired of hiring five different freelancers for five different tasks, you are in the right place. Let’s build something that works as hard as you do.

Small business owners keep hearing they “need AI” but have no idea where to start. They’re either overwhelmed by the options, scared of the technology, or wasting money on tools they don’t know how to use.
What I Offer:
I bridge the gap between AI hype and actual business results. I assess what a business actually needs, recommend the right tools (not the trendiest ones), and implement them so the owner doesn’t have to figure it out.
Real-World Applications I’ve Implemented:
For a plumbing company: Automated their entire follow-up system — estimate reminders, review requests, and referral outreach. Saved the owner 15+ hours/week of admin work and recovered $45K in lost revenue in 3 months.
For a salon: Set up AI-powered booking, automated appointment reminders via SMS, and a Google review request system. Doubled their online bookings within 60 days.
For a solo entrepreneur: Built a complete Notion-based business OS with AI-assisted task prioritization, content calendar, and financial tracking. Replaced $500+/month in redundant SaaS subscriptions.
My AI Toolkit:
OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Manus AI, Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E, n8n (automation), Zapier, ManyChat, Perplexity AI, Microsoft Copilot
The Difference:
I don’t just hand you a list of tools. I build the systems, train you on them, and make sure they actually work for YOUR business—not some theoretical “AI-powered future” that never materializes.

A new business consulting firm needed a professional website that communicated credibility, showcased services, and captured leads—built fast and optimized for search from day one.
What I Built:
A full responsive website with:
•Dark luxury design with gold accent branding — positioned the firm as premium, not budget
•Service showcase pages — AI integration, workflow automation, digital marketing, SEO audits, web design
•Revenue Recovery System explainer — visual pipeline breakdown showing the firm’s signature service
•Client testimonials section with real results ($45K recovered, 6 clients across different trades)
•Animated stats section — count-up animations on key metrics (50+ businesses served, 98% satisfaction, $2M+ recovered)
•Working contact form — backend email delivery via SMTP, not a mailto link that depends on the visitor’s email client
•SEO-optimized from launch — proper title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, mobile-first design
The Result:
Professional, credible web presence that converts visitors into leads. Contact form submissions go directly to the business owner’s inbox with formatted details (name, email, phone, message).
Tools Used: React, Node.js, HTML/CSS, Nodemailer, responsive design, SEO optimization
live site: https://www.twine.net/signin
The Problem: Trade and service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers)
lose thousands in revenue every month from:
Missed follow-ups on estimates that never closed
No automated review requests after completed jobs
Manual scheduling and booking eating up admin hours
Zero referral system to turn happy customers into new leads
What I Designed: A complete automation workflow called the Revenue Recovery
System — a 5-stage pipeline that plugs into the tools these businesses already use:
Stage 1: Lead Capture → Website form, Google Business Profile, phone → autologged into CRM
Stage 2: Instant Response → Automated text + email within 60 seconds of inquiry
(businesses that respond in under 5 minutes are 100x more likely to convert)
Stage 3: Estimate Follow-Up → If no response in 48 hours, automated follow-up
sequence (3 touches over 10 days)
Stage 4: Post-Job Review Request → Automated Google review request sent 2 hours
after job completion
Stage 5: Referral Loop → 30-day post-job check-in with referral incentive offer
Projected Impact:
15-25% recovery rate on lost estimates
3x increase in Google reviews within 90 days.
47% reduction in admin time on follow-ups
Tools Used: n8n (automation), Twilio (SMS), Gmail API, Google Business Profile, CRM
integration.
A solo business owner was drowning in tabs, tools, and to-do lists scattered across 6 different platforms. They had a Google Workspace account, multiple Gmail inboxes, a CRM they couldn’t figure out, and zero system for tracking leads, projects, or finances. Classic “everything is everywhere and nothing gets done” situation.
What I Built:
A complete Notion business operating system—one dashboard to run their entire business and life:
•
Daily Focus Board — 3 priorities per day. That’s it.
•
Client Pipeline Database — lead tracking from first contact to closed deal with status tags, follow-up dates, and revenue tracking
•
Project Tracker — every active project with deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
•
Financial Dashboard — subscription tracking, monthly revenue, expense categories
•
Content Calendar — blog ideas, social posts, publishing schedule
•
Email Triage System — step-by-step process for managing multiple inboxes
•
Brain Dump Section — for capturing ideas at 2am without losing them
The Result:
Client went from “I don’t even know where to start today” to having a clear daily action plan within the first week. Subscription audit revealed $500+/month in unused tools that were immediately cancelled.
Built for: A neurodivergent entrepreneur who needed systems designed for how their brain actually works — not how productivity gurus think it should.
Tools Used: Notion, Google Workspace integration
A newly opened wedding venue in South Carolina was completely invisible on Google. When you searched “wedding venue” + their city, they didn’t appear on the first page — but The Knot and WeddingWire did, using the venue’s own name to rank.
They were paying $500+/month to wedding directories for leads while building zero organic visibility of their own. Essentially renting their customers instead of owning them.
What I Did:
Full technical SEO audit (title tags, meta descriptions, site structure, mobile performance)
Google Business Profile optimization—theirs was incomplete with only 2 reviews
Competitor analysis against 4 local venues that were ranking
Keyword strategy targeting 15+ high-intent local search terms
Content roadmap: blog topics, FAQ schema, and local landing pages
Social media audit across Instagram and Facebook
Key Findings:
The title tag was just the business name - no keywords, no location
Meta description was completely blank
Zero blog content (competitors had 20+ posts each)
Google Business Profile missing 6 of 10 recommended fields
Social media: 281 followers, 12 posts total
The Deliverable:
A 12-page audit report with prioritized recommendations, competitor benchmarks, and a 90-day action plan to get them ranking organically, so they could stop paying directories to exist.
Tools Used: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
Niche wedding vendors across South Carolina—mobile bartenders, live painters, cigar rollers, 360 photo booths, vintage car rentals, and cold spark exit companies—were all making the same mistake: hiding behind The Knot and WeddingWire instead of building their own digital presence.
They were paying $200-500+/month to directories that were using their content to build the directory’s SEO. When they stopped paying, they disappeared.
What I Did:
•Researched and identified 18 specific niche wedding businesses across the York County → Columbia → Charleston corridor
•Ran individual web audits on each (website quality, Google visibility, social media activity, Google Business Profile completeness)
•Cross-referenced their directory listings vs. organic search presence
•Wrote 18 personalized cold outreach emails — each one referencing that specific business’s problems, not a generic template
•Created alternate DM versions for Facebook/Instagram where email wasn’t available
•Verified all contact information from public sources
The Approach:
Every email led with a specific finding: "I searched for [their service] in [their city] and you didn’t show up—but The Knot did, using your name. “That’s not a sales pitch.”
Key Finding: 100% of the businesses audited had zero Google Business Profile. That single fix alone would dramatically improve their visibility — for free.
Tools Used: Google Search, SEMrush, social media analysis, Hunter.io, manual verification
