Jessica Greenberg

I’m Jess - a freelance casting director who has run my own casting company for the last 12 years. I started my career in film & tv the classic way; hustling as a production assistant, working my way up to coordinator, then executive assistant, and eventually finding my true sweet spot in casting.

Over the years, I’ve worked across every type of production you can imagine; from major studio films to local indie verticals, social media shoots, scripted TV, commercials and even video games. I love variety, and I’ve built my career around saying yes, figuring things out as I go, and consistently delivering great work that has earned me a strong, trusted reputation in the industry.

I’m very curious and always building something. Alongside casting, I host a podcast, run a monthly membership for actors (through Stan Store), and create content that helps artists understand the industry in a more grounded, human way.

Family is everything to me. i’m incredible close with my sister, niece and nephew, and my extended family as well. I’m also a foodie - equally obsessed with cooking and trying new recipes as I am with discovering hidden gem restaurants. Sweet and savoury, I love it all.

I love to laugh, dance, cook, explore, and experience life through joy and curiosity, Music, comedy and a good conversation feed me.

Above all, I’m someone who shows up, wants to grow, loves connection, and is always excited about what’s next while still very much appreciating where I am. I’m known for my calm demeanour, my almost abnormal level of patience and ability to get things done - with a smile :) (a real one, no fakes!) lol
