Here’s a link to a page from my website where it shows off my skills and abilities in designing and producing audio book narration, radio plays, and audio commercials. I did all of the production, sound design, mixing, and more. I also did the narration for the audio book example.
I was the sole audio producer, sound designer, and recording engineer for this project called "Help! My Baby’s a Rat! (or Everything in an Ad and an Ad for Everything).
Working with over 15 voice actors, and spending months in my studio designing all the sounds, music, audio, dialogue, and more, this project was one of my most ambitious yet. I also participated in the voice acting, producing a few of the roles myself.
You can start the video @0:35 to skip the intro, but do listen to all of the rich audio-only scenes and get immersed in the bizarre and wacky aural landscapes!
Here is the latest video in my series called, “Live! From the Rooftop”. I continue to find and collaborate with some of the most talented local musicians here in Los Angeles to share with the rest of the world. I record and produce all of the audio myself, as well as shooting and editing all of the footage to create the music video.
I wrote, played, and created all the music for this Armchair Production’s anime theme song. I also produced the song, tasked with mixing and mastering the entire track as well.
I did all of the scoring and composing for this motion comic featured titled, “Euroclydon”. In this scene, one of the main antagonists finally gets his hands on one of the more elusive members of the rebel resistance group The Allied Sovereignty. A big surprise awaits these characters in this scene, along with some explosive scoring to add more tension and atmosphere!
In this scene, our character Daniel is having a difficult time living in the present when a much better though painful past calls to him from the virtual world. This melancholic score is one of my favorites and the piano cries beautifully to show how a memory can be both beautiful and painful all the same.
In my old Beijing-based band, The Hunters, I found myself helping to write most of the music and lyrics that our band would perform. Here is our song, “Get to Know Me”, from our ep BLACKLIGHT. I am also the guitarist in this video and group.
