Led end-to-end design processes, including user research, ideation, high-fidelity prototyping, and developer handoff, ensuring seamless product experiences aligned with business goals and user needs. Conducted user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis, developed personas and journey maps, and facilitated design thinking workshops.
