Joseph Edwards

Produced promotional video content for two academies, including tours and student-led interviews for Year 5 pupils. The videos helped showcase refurbishments and rebranding improvements made by the trust, communicating the schools’ new direction through student perspectives and polished post-production.

Edited a range of YouTube content including comedic timing, pacing, and engaging structure. Portfolio examples include edits for “RaccoNLandphyl” (including “Racco’s YouTube Debut” and “The Official Pokémon Hugability Tier List (GEN 3)”) plus other personal and project work such as “Watch this if you like Old Cartoons”.

During university, I gained 3 years of non-stop video production experience, learning skills such as hiring paid clients, gaining filming permissions at locations, renting and using equipment such as Black Magic cameras and audio kits, speaking to and attending lectures led by industry professionals, collaborating with creatives in other fields and much more. My chosen specialist pathway is editing, however I have ambitions to further progress and have experience producing.
