Not From Concentrate (NFC) Systems is well known in the computer modding community for their ground-breaking builds and sleek, compact designs. When they reached out to me to create a lo-fi channel for their fans and supporters I knew that the bar for success was high. NFC Systems wanted a looping animation that captured the nostalgia of 90’s childhood, with plenty of easter eggs for their hardcore fans.

I worked hard with them to create a scene that met those expectations, going through multiple versions of the composition, technology aesthetic, color, and subject, before settling on the final version. We also focused on how to best highlight NFC’s products in the scene so that fans could easily recognize them.

When the channel launched the followers loved it. They excitedly scoured the screen, pointing out the easter eggs, and appreciating the chill vibe.
