I’m Ekong Joshua Bassey, a Food Engineering graduate who blends food-processing research with data analysis and AI. My final-year work used Python-based Artificial Neural Networks to model drying kinetics and energy consumption for de-shelled periwinkles under vacuum and microwave drying, including the effects of freezing pretreatment.
