Someone once remarked that photography is in my blood. That resonates with me. I don’t just take photos; creating photographic art is part of who I am. I capture moments, looking for what lies beneath the surface – the moods, emotions, and character of people and places. I moved to China as a kid in 1997 and lived there until 2020. I feel a special connection to that country and its people. It was a privilege and a joy to live in Beijing for so many years.
