John R. Manson

Represent clients in Will, Trust, and Estate matters, drafting wills and trusts, initiating probate administration, contesting wills, and handling complex litigation in high-value estates involving business, finance, and real estate. Also represent clients in criminal matters, including court appearances and negotiations with the District Attorney, counsel clients in divorce proceedings (pleadings, court appearances, settlement options), and advise on real estate, child support, and alimony; participate in Administrative law matters by reviewing relevant regulations and liaising with state agencies.

Presiding Magistrate responsible for overseeing Night Court operations and related criminal pre-trial matters; contributed to technology updates in Night Court to facilitate legal processes and ease of use for staff and attorneys.

Presiding Magistrate; sat as Night Court Judge; issued decisions on criminal warrants, set bail, and made determinations regarding involuntary committal for mental health treatment; overseen seizure of property related to criminal activity and evaluated search warrants; served as liaison with multiple city/state agencies and advised fellow Magistrates on case handling and processes; contributed to teaching Domestic Violence processes at a national level.
