I am currently a PhD student of Spanish linguistics at the University of Iceland, and a seasonal instructor at the same institution. I have years of training and experience in academic research and writing, as well as in education. I have not only been teacher at the university level, but also at High school and Primary school levels.
Apart from that, I have worked in literary and creative writing with currently three books self published: a tale, a novel, and an anthology of short tales.
My fields of specialization are structural linguistics and ethnography of communication, with my current doctoral research being developed around the qualitative analysis and evaluation of specific communication practices and resistance among minority and endangered linguistic communities. However, my intellectual interests go further than linguistics and include theoretical archaeology, history, and anthropology.
