1) LANSDOWN CRESCENT FLAT (Adaptive Reuse of a Regency Interior, 2026): Developed a selective-intervention redesign to restore spatial clarity while retaining historic identity. Preserved the staircase core, timber flooring, and spatial proportions; selectively removed non-structural partitions, integrated storage, and improved circulation across both levels using a threshold-led layout and a restrained, cohesive material strategy (engineered oak, lime plaster, resilient service flooring, brushed-brass junction inserts). Produced before/after plans, sectioning, and AI-assisted atmospheric visualisations from an original SketchUp model. 2) BOUTIQUE HOTEL GUESTROOM (Concept, 2023): Designed a 27m² guestroom for short-stay leisure and business travellers with clear zoning, warm natural finishes, integrated storage, and layered lighting. Built SketchUp models to test circulation, furniture placement, and sleeping/lounge relationships; created AI-assisted final visuals. 3) GP CLINIC / HE
