    paper Re-design of Website

    ACM Parts website had too many pages, with either redundant, misleading or no information. I was tasked to re-design the website. Working alongside the internal IT team, we built new layouts, i created new content, and added a new search functionality for our customer base.
    The result was an overhaul of the website, which improved interactions, customer sentiment and SEM/SEO all by an estimated 80% or over.
    This full redesign and delivery was completed by myself (with support of some knowledge experts) within 4 weeks and launched without any issues.

    Launched the product Solar as a Service in conjunction with a product manager. Managing all marketing and public relations for the launch of the business product, from case studies, web, brochure and advertising and on-going sales enablement documentation.

    paper Origin Energy Everyday Rewards Plan

    Launched within 6 weeks the very first energy plan linked to a rewards program. The coordination of the project included all GTM activities. From IT to design, brand to content, and web to digital marketing. With a lean project team, and budget we were able to launch within time and scope of the project.
