Katie Marshall

I am an illustrator, educator, and creative specialist with experience across FE teaching, supply education, and freelance art. I have a strong grounding in behaviourism, humanism, and inclusive classroom practice gained through my PGCE with Newcastle College Group, and I excel in creating engaging, supportive learning environments for students of all ages.

I have spent a decade as a freelance illustrator, developing strong communication, organisation, and client-focused skills. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence, develop artistic skill, and realise their potential. As the first in my family to enter higher education—earning two first-class degrees—I bring resilience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to widening participation and creative education.
