Originated 9:16 vertical Claymation shorts using Higgsfield AI. Built AI-assisted and generative workflows into post-production to increase output without compromising quality. Delivered 300+ videos on a 4K-ready editing suite using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Lightroom, including music beat-matched editing and revision rounds. Led end-to-end studio redesign, introduced 3-camera multi-angle setups, expanded lighting rigs, and implemented a 60-minute pre-flight process to cut retakes. Directed founders on camera for authentic stakeholder performances and managed multi-camera live broadcast production.

Rebuilt the charity’s video production capability from the ground up, sourcing cinema-grade cameras (Blackmagic), lighting, sound and gimbal stabilisers, and specifying a 4K editing infrastructure with an IT partner. Directed and produced end-to-end content that shifted the charity’s visual language toward cinematic, gimbal-led storytelling to drive fundraising. Filmed the Little Hearts project across Egypt, Bangladesh, Ethiopia and Turkey, adapting workflows for infrastructure limitations and handling sensitive footage. Directed and edited Rakib's Story, a top-performing fundraising film screened at donor events and on TV. Edited 100+ documentaries, promos and fundraising films for broadcast TV, social media and live donor events, blending live action with motion graphics. Project-managed campaigns end to end, including budgets, crews, schedules and composers, to deliver deadlines.
