Skateshop Atocha – Interior Design (Madrid, España)
Interior design for a skate store conceived as an active social space. The proposal integrates skate ramps inside the shop, merging retail with movement and community. The design balances static architectural elements with the dynamic nature of skateboarding, creating an engaging and experiential environment. 
Torre Plataforma – Mixed-Use Development (Quito, Ecuador)
Urban and architectural proposal connecting residential towers, commercial areas, and green public spaces. Through a central green corridor, the project links parks and plazas, integrating the towers into the city’s north–south fabric. Multiple tower types and apartment layouts respond to density, circulation, and neighborhood activation at street level. 
Museo del Prado – Expansion Study (Madrid, España)
Conceptual massing for a proposed museum expansion based on contextual analysis of El Retiro Park, historic buildings, and existing urban flows. The project uses slope, axes, and alignments to generate volumes that establish a respectful dialogue with the Villanueva building and Los Jerónimos Church. 
Community Center Jipijapa (Quito, Ecuador)
A community-driven project grounded in the concept of topophilia, addressing neighborhood decay caused by uncontrolled commercial growth. The design creates a social space that reinforces local identity, fostering connection between residents, environment, and collective memory.
