I ran the tuxedo department at The Men's Warehouse Folsom Location for 2 years. I organized tuxedos by helping Brides and Grooms select the style, of tuxedo, vest, or Cumberland, ties and shoes for their wedding parties, measuring and ordering for all members of the bridal party and fitting the tuxedos before the cudtomer left the store. Organized tuxedos for Junior and Senior Prom for multiple high schools in the area, helping to match the boys vests to their dates dresses, and selecting a style that would suit best. Measuring and ordering all tuxedos and fitting before the customer left the store. Solving any problems that arose with sizing color or suit that arrived incorrect, usually with only 1 day to rectify before the day of wedding or prom.

I was the closing server at a Dennys style restaurant. I had the responsibility of making sure all items needed for the following mornings shifts were stocked and ready to go when the mor ing servers arrived at 6 am. This included, all crockery, all refrigerators, coffee machines, tables and stations. The final closing of the kitchen, salad bar, till and tables had to be completed as well as everything fully stocked and the restaurant cleaned and reset for the morning shift. The accounts were totalled and recorded and bank slips filled out and ready for deposit.

I am a single mother. At times I play the role of mom and dad, good cop and bad cop, disciplinarian and encouraged all al the same time. Some days I go in 6 directions at once and have 8 arms. I can multi task, sing, dance, support, embarrass, maintain and love all in one day. I have amazing, smart, beautiful children who I look up to everyday. They are the best and the worst of me and my late husband all rolled into one and I wish daily I had the confidence and self assurance they have. I know I did some thing right in this life when I look at them.
