Boitumelo Tshikota

I’m a Johannesburg-based freelance video editor specialising in short-form vertical content (9:16 reels) for social media. I focus on clean captioning and strong pacing to keep viewers engaged, and I’m comfortable working from client-supplied footage to deliver reliable, fast turnarounds.

I’ve built my experience through both education and real-world work, including a period at Mosaic Funeral Group where I handled day-to-day responsibilities before moving into freelance editing. I communicate clearly around deadlines and style expectations, and I’m always aiming to produce edits that look polished and fit the platform.
