I was a classroom teacher for 25 years, teaching grades 6 all the way to adults and college. In that time I have been a trainer for teachers and a public speaker, giving keynotes and leading retreats for over 20 years for audiences from 20-2000. I founded a video company to help teachers navigate distance learning during Covid and another company which focuses on storytelling and sharing our stories to foster community, tolerance and human connection. I am also the president of a Nonprofit which helps educate orphaned and abandoned children in Kenya, East Africa.
