I am Gioia Cipolat-mis (Cornuda-TV) and I am looking for my first job as a creative graphic designer and/or photographer. I consider myself a creative, empathetic, and passionate person. In every project, I always put in effort and care, with a particular attention to detail and the beauty that often escapes a distracted gaze. What motivates me is curiosity and the desire to communicate through images and design in a clear, effective, and meaningful way. I have already gained some work experience in the visual and musical fields (see attached CV and portfolio), which have taught me how to operate both independently and within a team. I am looking for a job that combines creativity and layout design, and I perform at my best alone when I am focused and under pressure, but I also work well in a group during the decision-making phases and the definition of key concepts. I appreciate receiving feedback during the development of my projects, as I consider it a fundamental part of professional growth. I feel naturally inclined to help others with problem-solving and I adapt easily to different work contexts. I have a collaborative leadership style: I manage to give my best when group dynamics are balanced and the shared energy is harmonious and positive.
