I am a filmmaker and editor born in Turkey in 1998, currently based in Hamburg and working between Germany and Turkey. After beginning my studies in Communication Design at Istanbul Kültür University in 2018, I started working professionally in editing, directing, and art direction, and I am currently completing my MA in Visual Communication in Germany. My debut documentary 9:16, exploring TikTok culture, was a finalist at the Adana Golden Boll Film Festival. Since then, I have contributed to projects including The 40 Years After Fatma (2022) and Unfruitful Times (2024), and most recently developed and led Is it Instagrammable?
