I’m Vincent de Koning, former founder and Creative Director of Big Orange, an independent multidisciplinary studio I’ve built and led for 25 years. We work across advertising, cultural projects, documentary and film, crafting story-driven concepts with a strong emphasis on sound, experience and emotional impact. I serve as a connector between diverse teams—technical specialists, content experts and creators—guiding projects from concept to execution while maintaining a clear sense of purpose, realism and quality. My approach is built on connecting people and perspectives, strategic and conceptual thinking, and a warm, supportive leadership style. I value craft, curiosity and humor, and I strive to simplify complexity without losing depth.
