Led product vision and coordinated team efforts to ensure consistent user experience across web and mobile applications. Mobile app (React Native): designed the end-to-end user experience and developed core buyer-facing features including user registration, product browsing, add-to-cart functionality, and checkout. Vendor web app: built the landing page using React and Vite, including Hero section, Features section, Testimonials section, Trust indicators, and Call-to-Action section. Collaborated with developers, designers, and stakeholders in an Agile (Scrum) environment, using GitHub for version control and project collaboration.
