    The vision for my project is to create a 2D animation that focuses on representing autism in a more accurate light, mainly focusing on how overwhelming such small things can be for an autistic individual. What drove me to vision was that many characters that are portrayed in the media as autistic are usually very harmful towards actual autistic individuals, which can lead to many people taking these stereotypes as facts, then leading to autistic people being expected to be a certain way or look a certain way. I want to create a simple narrative by an autistic person, for autistic people.

    The idea for the basis of the project came from the metaphor “feeling like a cat in a room full of dogs”, which then influenced a lot about the project, including character design
