Open Buzludzha 2025 - Festival Visual Identity
The brief Open Buzludzha 2025 was a free three-day festival around the Buzludzha Monument, held under the motto A Story to Share and marking 10 years of Project Buzludzha. The identity needed to feel open, joyful and welcoming, inviting people to rediscover the monument and add their own story to it. What I made The key visual is built from colourful flowing ribbons that weave together into the monument's silhouette, like many personal stories coming together in one place. A bold, warm palette of deep green, lime, pink, sky blue and orange gives the festival a playful, contemporary feel. I rolled the identity out across a full set of materials: city posters and billboards, an illustrated festival map, the full programme poster for workshops, talks, music and 3D mapping, stage programme banners, staff and volunteer badges, and stickers. The result A cohesive, recognisable identity that guided visitors from the first city poster to finding their way around the festival site, and set the visual foundation for the festival's following edition.…
SoMerch - Brand Identity for a B2B Merch Platform
The brief SoMerch is a European B2B platform that helps companies plan, produce and deliver branded merchandise - from welcome kits for new hires to event packs and client gifts. As a new company entering a crowded market, it needed a brand that feels friendly and approachable, yet credible enough for corporate clients. What I made I've shaped the brand since day one. The identity is built around a clean serif wordmark with a signature middle dot, a compact "so·m" version and a circular "sm" badge carrying the line Your merch friend. A bold palette of lime, deep navy, violet and coral, paired with playful organic shapes, keeps the brand energetic and easy to recognise. The identity extends across the website and platform, packaging for the merch packs, branded merch, and ongoing social media content. The result A distinctive, flexible brand that grows together with the company - recognisable on a laptop screen, a shipping box or a notebook, and consistent across every channel as new services are added.…
Thracian Kings Race 2026 - Race Identity, Apparel & Medal
The brief Thracian Kings is a running race near Kazanlak, in the heart of the Valley of the Thracian Kings - a region known for its ancient Thracian tombs and treasures. The race needed a visual identity that connects running with this unique heritage, and works across everything from apparel to medals and social media. What I made An illustrated visual language inspired by Thracian art: fine-line drawings of chariot scenes, golden masks, royal portraits and tomb architecture, set in a warm palette of red, orange and gold. The identity was applied to the official running top, the 2026 race medal and ribbon, stickers, race bibs and the race's social media content, so every touchpoint tells the same story of ancient kings and modern runners. The result A race identity rooted in its place, worn by runners on the course and carried home on their medals. I also ran the race myself - it's a special feeling to cross a finish line under your own design.…
Zaharni Zavodi - Christmas Gift Box & Campaign Visuals
The brief Zaharni Zavodi is one of Bulgaria's largest confectionery producers. For the holiday season, the brief was to design a Christmas gift box for a selection of their products and to develop the concept for the photoshoot presenting it. The project was created at Brandly Collective, the branding agency where I worked. What I made A faceted gift box in deep midnight blue with gold illustrated Christmas trees, falling snowflakes and a festive greeting - elegant enough to feel like a gift on its own, while letting the colourful products inside stand out. For the photoshoot, I developed a winter night concept: soft snow, warm bokeh lights from a Christmas tree and golden stars, echoing the colours and mood of the box so the whole campaign feels like one story. The result A cohesive holiday package where the box and the visuals work together, giving the brand a premium, festive presence for the Christmas season.…
Flora Maris - Natural Beauty Brand Identity & Packaging
The brief Flora Maris is a natural body care brand that brings together Mediterranean sea ingredients and Bulgarian botanicals, especially the Bulgarian rose. The brand needed an identity that feels calm, natural and premium - a daily ritual rather than just a product. What I made I led the complete visual identity: a fine-line rose logo with a wave-like stem that connects flower and sea, a soft palette of rose, sage, sand and sea blues, and a pairing of Libre Baskerville and Work Sans for an elegant yet modern voice. The identity extends to product packaging, including the Gentle Rose body wash box with hand-drawn rose patterns and a gift box for the natural sea sponge, as well as product photography shot by the sea and ongoing social media content. The result A cohesive brand that carries its story from the logo to the shelf and the feed, and keeps growing as new products are added - the collaboration is ongoing.…
Open Buzludzha 2026 - Festival Visual Identity
The brief Open Buzludzha is a festival held around one of Bulgaria's most iconic monuments, reframing a symbol of the past as a space for imagining the future. For the 2026 edition, themed Cosmic Digital Future, the client asked for a joyful yet stylish, futuristic identity, with the monument always recognisable and a system flexible enough for dozens of formats. What I made A full visual identity built around a glowing, glass-like rendering of the monument and the motto Sense the Future. It included a set of icons for the festival's five sense-based experiences, and a rollout across social media, billboards and bus stop ads, the festival programme and map, badges and stickers, and a merch line of t-shirts, hoodies, windbreakers and caps. The result A cohesive identity that carried the festival from the first announcement to the event itself, with the merch worn by visitors around the monument during the three festival days.…
Triglav Skyrun 2026 - Race Visual Identity
The brief Triglav Skyrun is a mountain race that needed an identity as bold and energetic as the race itself - something that captures the wild terrain and stands out on everything from social media to the start line. What I made A logo rework and a visual identity built around layered, patchwork-like mountain shapes, topographic lines and the bear as a symbol of the wild nature the race passes through. The bold orange, teal and dark palette works both as a graphic system and as a pattern for apparel. The identity was rolled out across race medals, running apparel, social media, race bibs and stickers. The result I designed the identity for two editions of the race, evolving it while keeping it recognisable - and the runners wear it on the trail.…
