Led the design of a multi-language iGaming platform targeting Central Asian markets, shaping the end-to-end user experience from registration and verification to balance management, game pages, search, bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, gamification, and referrals. Designed live casino interfaces including roulette variations and live card games with a focus on gameplay and player engagement. Created the sportsbook interfaces and a custom online slot interface, translating real-world mechanics into interactive digital experiences. Built and owned a design system from scratch, including a full color system, tokenization, components library, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborated closely with developers, QA, a graphic designer, product managers, and leadership. Led user research, competitive analysis, and ideation workshops, produced wireframes and interactive prototypes, and iterated on designs based on feedback. Designed e-commerce websites for a range of brands including online courses, fashion retail, CS:GO skins, 3D models, and wellness products. Collaborated with local Latvian brands such as Zilbermane, Vitamini Baltics, FlashYouAndMe and others, focusing on user engagement and conversion. Created advertising banners for various platforms and brands, contributing to coherent cross-channel campaigns.
