Soft Pastel Memories and the Gentle Presence of Grandpa

A tender digital‑pastel illustration series capturing the quiet magic of an afternoon nap and the soft echo of a grandfather’s memory. The main scene shows a cozy family moment on the couch — children drifting into a sleepy calm, a stuffed penguin tucked close, and the gentle, reassuring presence of an elder figure who feels both real and remembered. The two companion artworks expand this dreamy mood: children playing under a glowing night sky and walking toward a welcoming tree, as if stepping into the stories Grandpa once told. Together, these images blend warmth, nostalgia and the peaceful rhythm of childhood afternoons where rest, imagination and family memories live side by side.
