Led the end-to-end migration of a SaaS-based MU2 CCDA system from legacy infrastructure to AWS, improving fault tolerance and maintainability for high-volume document processing. Developed a custom Redis-based throttling tool adopted by multiple teams and microservices to enforce API rate limits. Modernized monolithic components for dynamic scaling and modular deployment. Oversaw upgrades of core Java and Spring Boot services with zero downtime and contributed to cross-team initiatives including Perl version upgrades.

Re-architected payer CCDA generation pipeline using RabbitMQ, enhancing processing speed and throughput. Led migration from monolithic systems to microservices on AWS, doubling processing speed. Delivered care reporting pipelines for over 3 million patient records and designed workflows for on-demand document generation. Improved test coverage and reliability, mentoring junior engineers on testing best practices.

Built and deployed a Kotlin-based synchronous CCDA application for real-time document generation on AWS. Automated deployments using Jenkins and Docker, reducing manual steps by 80%.
