A 110,000 square foot Resort/Hotel in Khanspur, Galyat, Pakistan, started from scratch. The concept came from the context; it was important to take inspiration from the pine trees that engulfed the site. I was responsible for coming up with the concept and developing layouts and drawings in direct communication with the client. I led a team of 3D Modellers to model out the developed design, then worked on hyper-realistic renders with post production softwares using Photoshop and AI. I also developed presentations for the client, including B.O.Q’s, Elevator Matrix, and F & B Matrix.

A headquarters located in Sialkot, Pakistan, that required a facade redesign. The grey structure changed accordingly, almost reverse engineering to some extent. The facade was developed over a series of iterations, taking inspiration from Linearity and Shifting modules.

A Spanish Villa in Lahore, Pakistan, that required mood boarding for the exterior design language and then its execution. Multiple iterations led to the finalized selection, from context to lighting and design; the project required continuous communication with the client to get approvals.

The client wanted a grand entrance with French paneling, A focal art wall that diverts attention to the center, bold colors surrounded by minimalism, and statement pieces for furniture.
