Key Experience * Founded and manage an independent production company delivering commercial video production, promotional content, live theatre, immersive events and community arts projects. * Plan and oversee productions from initial concept through pre-production, filming, post-production and final delivery. * Direct and coordinate large-scale productions involving casts of up to 150 performers, managing creative teams, schedules and live event logistics. * Lead casting, rehearsal planning and performer coordination across theatre, film and public events. * Collaborate with designers, performers and creative teams on costume, props, choreography, soundtrack development and overall creative direction. * Manage production budgets, scheduling, supplier coordination and day-to-day project operations. * Produce high-quality promotional films and social media content, including camera direction, editing and colour grading. * Conduct production planning, risk assessments and health and safety management for live events and public performances. * Coordinate live event operations, ensuring seamless delivery through performer cueing, audience management and production oversight. * Deliver immersive audience experiences through interactive performances, seasonal events and site-specific productions. * Successfully deliver public cultural events in partnership with local authorities, arts organisations and community groups. * Produced and managed multiple public events, including Twilight Thursdays as part of Ireland's National Night-Time Economy Pilot Programme. * Collaborated with Limerick City and County Council on the development and delivery of public performance programming. * Supported the production and delivery of major public events, including the Samhain Festival and the Lumen Christmas Grotto. * Own and operate professional cinema equipment, enabling the production of cinematic commercial, promotional and narrative video content throughout Ireland.
