Latoya Lewis is a certified award-winning event producer, Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and Founder of Elle2 Consulting and EnventU. A Los Angeles native and graduate of California State University, Northridge, she began her career at Universal Music Group, managing over $1M in national media campaigns before earning her Master of Tourism Administration from The George Washington University. Latoya went on to produce large-scale conferences, conventions, galas, and nonprofit events with Events by Andre Wells, leading complex logistics, vendor management, and full production operations. In 2015, she launched EnventU, a workforce development nonprofit creating a Pipeline to Professions™ for high school students, alongside her boutique firm Elle2 Consulting, where she continues to deliver high-impact events for clients nationwide.
