I worked with Jack at JB Gas to build a strong, trustworthy online presence for his gas and heating business. The project focused on creating a cohesive brand identity, a user-friendly website, and improving visibility across local search and social platforms.
I designed a modern, mobile-responsive website built around accessibility and clear navigation, ensuring customers could easily find key services and contact details. The visual identity was developed to convey reliability and professionalism, using a colour palette inspired by the official Gas Safe Register to subtly reinforce trust and industry compliance.
The project also included creating a professional logo, refreshing the company’s Facebook page to align with the new brand, and optimising the Google Business Profile for improved search visibility. I implemented lightweight JavaScript-based performance enhancements and ensured all pages were properly indexed for SEO.
Impact:
Achieved 677 Google Search impressions and 10 direct clicks within the first three months post-launch, demonstrating early growth for a new domain.
Facebook reach grew to 239 views, with engagement increasing by 100% following the rebrand.
Built a consistent online identity with 114 followers, primarily aged 35–54, directly matching the business’s target customer base.
