I have made a career in social selling because I am passionate about engaging with people traditionally and via social media, introducing them to a product that I believe in, and demonstrating why they should believe in it as much as I do. Product knowledge and brand awareness is key - I’m always eager to learn everything I can about a company and its products, as well as the objectives, strategies, and long-term visions of the corporate officers. I’ll admit, I love the thrill of the close, but I also want to know how the achievements of my team fit in with the larger corporate goals.
My methods tend to be goal and process driven. I am systematic in my approach in order to make it easily duplicated, and I thrive on tactics. But, I always find ways to bring excitement, fun, and simplicity, which have strengthened my personal brand and created a growing network of relationships.
