I am a creative and people-focused marketing professional with experience across social media management, content creation, events, brand collaborations and community engagement. While living in Auckland, New Zealand, from 2020 to 2024, I worked with Little Bird Organics, a leading wellness company, and its café, Little Bird Kitchen, where I managed social media and marketing activities, organised events and brand activations, and helped develop collaborations that brought the brand to life both online and in person. I have a genuine passion for wellness, food, nature and conscious living, which has strongly influenced both my professional and personal journey. I studied yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition with Earthwise Yoga in Wexford in 2019. I have recently completed my studies in herbal medicine with the Irish School of Herbal Medicine, while working in Social Media part time. This background gives me a particularly strong understanding of wellness-focused brands and how to communicate their values in an authentic and engaging way.
