    Back in 2016 we started doing some test shots on a Dredd 2012 based TV series for Rebellion Studios. However by the time the film/TV options reverted back after the 2012 film, decisions were made by Rebellion that ultimately meant a complete change of direction and a new producer. However, the groundwork was laid out and we decided to make a Dredd fan film some good friends in the industry. By 2018, we had amassed a huge amount of talented people/friends, props/costumes into a full-scale production and filmed a load of sequences in across a number of locations and a green screen studio. The project kind of paused for a while because of various commitments across the team until Covid and lockdown!! Peter Pedrero the Director and Drew Byron Casson put a lot of time into the VFX pulled this edit out of the bag. With some additional shooting days, there is enough material to make a decent 30-35 long film.…

    This was filmed in 2018 for Wildseed Studios as part of a script pitch to Netflix to get a series commissioned, which ended full development/production in 2020. The final script underwent numerous changes to take into account a more family oriented direction at Netflix as well as difficulties in filming during a pandemic. I provided camera services DOP on 1st/2nd camera along with Drew the director, gimbal operations, most of the gear used and all technical support. Filmed over 2 days in Brecon National Park on Panasonic EVA-1, Sony A7sII and A7III (recording to Atomos Ninja). Unfortunately due to my location and Covid lockdowns, I did not carry on my involvement with the project once it went into production.
