DoxAI CV (doxai.ch/cv) is a privacy-first, AI-powered platform that reimagines the resume creation process. Instead of filling out static forms, users engage in a natural conversation with an AI assistant that structures their experience, skills, and history into a professionally designed PDF.

The Problem

Traditional CV builders are rigid, time-consuming, and often compromise user data. Users struggle to format their experience effectively for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) while worrying about where their personal data is stored.

The Solution

I built a conversational interface that acts as a personal career coach. The AI interviews the user, extracts relevant details, and auto-generates a polished CV. Key differentiators include:

• Conversational UI: No complex forms; users simply chat to build their document.
• Swiss Standards: Hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak) with strict data handling.
• PDF type: The PDF generation is built within the solution, giving the user a download link to the Resume.
• ATS Optimization: The output is structured specifically to pass automated recruitment filters.

DoxAI.ch is the central web presence for my freelance AI engineering and training business. Rather than relying on managed hosting, I deployed a highly customized WordPress instance on a private Virtual Private Server (VPS). This approach balances the content management strengths of WordPress with the granular control of a dedicated server environment.

Infrastructure & Configuration

• Self-Hosted VPS: Hosted on infomaniak (Switzerland) infrastructure, allowing for full root access and server-side optimization.
• Deep Customization: Leverages WordPress as a CMS but includes extensive custom CSS and HTML modifications to break away from standard template limitations.
• Server Management: I handle the complete stack—from Linux server administration to security hardening—ensuring the site runs efficiently and securely.

Key Implementation Details

• SEO & Strategy: Implemented a comprehensive content strategy (newsletter) and technical SEO optimization to drive organic traffic with a tag to view the traffic.
• Service Integration: Serves as the launchpad for my specific tools (AI newsletter, CV generator, demos, …) and training services.

The Engineering
