Meet the designer! Let’s start off with some basic info: my name is Lelyan (that is lili-yin for those unfamiliar with the spelling). I’m a senior designer at UT Arlington, set to graduate in May of 2026 with a BFA in Visual Communication Design (which is just a fancy way to say I’m going to be one great designer). My passion for art has been there since I was a child, starting with my elementary teachers highlighting my doodles and poems written on my (straight A’s) papers and tests! Later in high school, I was exposed to the world of fashion design and spent my junior and senior years delving into it, learning that art doesn’t need to be a hobby—it can be your life. Fast forward to now, I’m soon to graduate with two internships under my belt: an amazing web design company in Fort Worth/Dallas, and the beloved NBA Champs of Dallas, the Mavericks! My love for graphic design has grown throughout my time at school and my internships, so let’s see how my love for designing and YOUR business can grow together!
