Lena Babukchieva

I am an experienced and creative freelance artist and illustrator with over seven years of experience in book illustration, cover art, and design. I have contributed to more than 20 publications as a book cover artist and illustrator, and I actively participate in international exhibitions representing my country.

My expertise includes pre-press and design, and I have a keen eye for detail that helps me deliver high-quality artwork under pressure. I excel in traditional painting and graphic techniques with strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and rendering. I am highly collaborative, enjoy brainstorming with clients, and transforming concepts into art that meets and often exceeds expectations while meeting tight deadlines. I specialize in watercolor techniques and digital painting, with a focus on symbolism, and I enjoy exploring human emotions and the stories in everyday objects.
