Hi, I’m Leonardo Meroni, a Swiss designer with a strong passion for fashion and product design. I just successfully finished in summer the Fashion Designer program at Schweizerische Textilfachschule, where I was building a solid foundation in Fashion Design Basics, Fashion IT, consumer goods marketing, HR, looks and styling, and CAD with Clo3D. In parallel with my studies, I’ve gained hands-on experience through an internship at Adam Brody in Zurich. There I was 1st Assistent to the Head Designer and was his second hand for over a year. I have done lots of shaping the female silhouette, sketching, draping, cutting, sewing, fabric/color selection, and sales in-store, at fairs, and in the showroom. I also coordinate e-commerce activities (Shopify) and newsletters (Klaviyo), which sparked my interest in blending design with practical business tools. In the peak I was able to prepare and go thru two Fashion Shows, and one of them representing Adam Brody at ModeSUISSE. Next to all of this I bring a 6.5 year experience of a selfmade label with my early businesspartner. I was representing Raphael vôn Campbell and we had lots of success in Popups and shows in Paris etc. After long years I decided to end this very well experience filled way, because of personal approach, which has changed me.
