Employee Empowerment & Equality
“Being Nestlé” was an internal campaign I developed for Nestlé Brazil, aimed at celebrating employee identity and fostering a culture of equality and empowerment across all levels of the organisation.
The creative strategy centred on humanising the brand from within—highlighting real stories, diverse voices, and the shared values that unite Nestlé’s workforce. Through a series of visual narratives, key visuals, and branded content, the campaign reinforced the message that every employee plays a vital role in shaping the company’s purpose and impact.
The visual language combined warmth and authenticity with bold, inclusive design elements, ensuring resonance across departments and hierarchies. The initiative was rolled out through internal channels, including digital platforms, office displays, and employee engagement events, creating a sense of pride and belonging.
