The human problem: finding a home or managing a rental property is often a major source of stress: hidden fees, fake real estate agents, unpaid rents, or endless conflicts between landlords and tenants.
The solution: a platform designed to restore trust and peace of mind. It allows tenants to access clear, verified listings without getting trapped, automates daily tasks for landlords, and connects them with verified maintenance artisans.
How i ensured high quality: conducted field interviews with local tenants and landlords to understand real-world pain points before writing a single line of code. I mapped out end-to-end user journeys to eliminate friction and designed accessible, low-bandwidth interfaces tailored to local network conditions.
Key quality additions:
1- Introduced a digital maintenance log and automated receipt generator to ensure complete legal transparency.
2- Embedded local mobile payment gateways (FeexPay, FedaPay) for frictionless, one-click transactions.
3- Established a strict artisan verification system to build genuine trust on the platform.
